Registration Information:  

Phone Reservation Information: Telephone registration is accepted by calling 633-4991.  Registration is secured only when payment is made, especially when space is limited.   Registration is completed by filling out the registration form from the catalog (or CLICK HERE for a printable version) and sending it to PILLAR with payment.  Mail your payment and a completed form to: PILLAR, 30 East Rio Grande, Colorado Springs, CO 80903 

Upon receipt of payment, we will notify you by phone that your registration is confirmed. As a courtesy, the classroom host for the course you registered will contact you several days prior to the scheduled first day to answer questions you might have regarding the course and its location. 

PILLAR Refund Policy: 

If a participant is unable to attend a course and contacts the PILLAR office requesting a refund at least 48 hours prior to the start of the class, the refund will be given minus a $2.00 administrative fee.  Refunds requested less than 48 hours prior to the start of the first class will be reviewed for a partial refund only in the event of a personal emergency.  You can transfer credit to another class if it is within the same session, or a donation of your fee will be gladly accepted. Day-trip fees are non-refundable but are transferable at the discretion of the executive director.  

PILLAR reserves the right to cancel, combine or reschedule classes to adjust for enrollment. If it is necessary for PILLAR to cancel a class for any reason, all registered participants will be informed as soon as possible and extended the opportunity to transfer to another class within the same session. If participants do not wish to transfer to another class, an appropriate refund will be processed.  Refunds will normally be issued within fourteen days of the request.
